About the Event
Stefan Bracaval (flute) and Pierre Anckaert (piano) recorded the album 'Woodworks' together back in 2014 with exclusively own compositions.
After exploring the various possibilities of chamber music (Strings Attached) and getting completely lost in electronics (74 Miles Away), they felt the urge to get back to essentials: a piano, a flute, nothing more.
In the meantime, their music has matured and deepened. In their latest work, the improvisations celebrate the elusive moment. This fleeting instant was captured on the new album 'Ephémère' that was released on January 1st 2023.
